Development Plans Screen

Development plans are a list of training courses and other activities an employee must complete to gain competencies or skills and progress to the next step on his or her career path. On your Developments Plans screen view all of the development plans that have been created for you or by you.

Development plans can be created by a direct manager, upper level manager or administrator from the My Employees menu, or from the Total Talent Profile, or they can be created by an employee from the Career Center menu. An employee can have multiple manager-created development plans to address different areas (for example, a plan for Written Communication and another for Public Speaking).

Note: To use this feature, it must be enabled for your user group on the Features screen (Core » Development Plans).
